We here
at the Rescue Training Institute would like to express
our heartfelt condolences to all the families and friends
of those who fell victim to the atrocities of the September
11, 2001 attacks on America. Nobody could have prepared
us for what happened that day or for the grief and loss
we have all experienced since then. We are both humbled
and proud to have the ability to say we personally knew
so many of our fallen heroes. We trained together, worked
together, laughed and cried together. So now, with heavy
hearts we continue to do our duty daily to our nation,
our families, our America with an everlasting gratitude
to those who gave of themselves so selflessly.
With
an eternal memory of the happier times we shared,
we will carry a hope for happy times to return again.
Side by side we stood before, we shall stand again....
